Most people have heard of Yoga or Tai Chi. Qigong (pronounced “Chee-gong”) is considered a moving meditation. Used to relax the mind and body, Qigong also stretches the muscles and Acupuncture meridians to improve health.

The Qigong that is taught is a set collection of 8 easy-to-learn movements called "The Eight Brocade."

Qigong can be taught privately or in a small group setting.  Most people find they can learn the set within four sessions.

Private lessons cost  $40.00/hour for up to two people.

Please contact for a group rate if there are more than two people.
